What can I say? She likes her bed, and it's pretty useful to have the little squirt behind bars for a few hours every day. I will be sad to see the crib go.
I am a stay at home mom, married for eleven years with kids Andrew (8), Willa (6), Christian (2), and Mary (1). I grew up in Oklahoma (plus a few other places along the way), my husband was born and raised in SoCal, and we live in Virginia while my husband works for Congress in Washington, DC.

I should say. She's almost 3.

I say keep her in there until she climbs out herself. Independence in toddlers is highly overrated. But where are all her bedtime friends? Bunny cute?
